Wood burning oven called"Taneer" in Kurdish and "Tannoor" in Arabic. Taneer is used to bake thick bread. After the fire subsides a bit, the round and opened dough is put on a pillow-like pad and stuck on the inner wall of the oven. The dough remains there until it is baked and the pad is used to stick the rest of the round saucer-like dough pieces on the remaining space on the inner wall. When done, each is removed from the oven.
